Our Grantees

The funds we raise through your partnership and support enable vital services for trafficked youth, as well as research and prevention efforts. In applying for project funding, each of our partner organizations undertakes a thorough vetting process with our Grantee Committee, analyzing their sustainability, effectiveness, financial efficiency, integrity and alignment with StolenYouth's impact goals. Returning grantees must reapply for funding every year.

We are thrilled to share with you the organizations and projects that our grants are supporting this year:

YouthCare

With support from our grants, the Bridge Continuum of Care for Sexually Exploited Youth will continue to strengthen King County’s capacity to provide trafficked children and youth with safe housing, case management, and critical services.

The Center for Children and Youth Justice

CCYJ will receive a grant to oversee the completion of a statewide data collection tool on commercially sexually exploited children and youth. The tool will prove instrumental in identifying root causes, systemic trends, and successful intervention methods.

Seattle Against Slavery

With a grant from StolenYouth, Seattle Against Slavery will continue to expand the innovative high school curriculum that it piloted last year in ten King County schools. This curriculum is specifically designed to educate young men about the harms of prostitution and enlist them as allies against youth exploitation.

Organization for Prostitution Survivors

This year’s grant to OPS will be used to expand its core services for survivors, survivor-led support groups and peer mentoring, and art workshops. It will also serve to expand OPS’s youth advocacy team and support the successful Men’s Accountability programming.

Business to End Slavery and Trafficking

BEST will receive a grant for providing statewide trainings to hoteliers and busineses to increase the identification and prevention of trafficking victims and to reduce the demand for prostituted youth.
